Job Summary
Assist with operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, including changing light bulbs, performing vinyl repairs, and touch-up painting. Conduct preventative maintenance on guest rooms, ice machines, refrigerators, laundry equipment, HVAC systems, and swimming pools. Perform plumbing repairs, monitor energy conservation, and fix vacuum cleaners or small equipment upon request. Immediately follow up on alarms to determine location and cause, then report emergency status and findings to the Front Desk. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager. High School diploma required; trade license preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Must have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record) property specific
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a hotel or a related field
- Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
