Maintenance Engineer

Deliver planned preventative maintenance across plant and equipment while responding quickly to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, and implementing repairs. Support operation and upkeep of machine tools including lathes, milling, and grinders, assisting with set-up, adjustments, and component production or modification based on engineering drawings and CAD data. Maintain accurate records, ensure full compliance with health and safety standards, and contribute to root cause analysis, 5S, and efficiency improvements. Work closely with Production, Engineering, and external partners to keep the Colchester site running efficiently.
