Job Summary
Maintenance Engineer - Multi Skilled responsible for mechanical and electrical support across the factory. Handles reactive maintenance, planned maintenance, and continuous improvement projects on complex automated cooking and packaging equipment. Requires accurate work recording, RCA completion, escalation of further works, and identification of CI projects. Essential qualifications include HNC or Level 3 NVQ and experience in a similar role; desirable experience includes FMCG environment, IOSH, WCM, and CI processes. Personal attributes include being self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time to tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant Engineering qualification – HNC or Level 3 NVQ
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Desirable: Experience of operating in a FMCG environment
- IOSH
- Experience of working with WCM processes
- Experience of Continuous Improvement processes and methodologies
