Maintenance Engineer

Conduct ongoing preventative maintenance on hotel assets, including painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and air conditioner filter replacement. Maintain mechanical systems such as cooling towers and boilers to ensure heat, cool air, and hot water for guests. Manage pool area operations by balancing chemicals and performing cleaning tasks. Respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner to promote quality service and maximize guest satisfaction. Schedule varies weekly between Monday through Sunday, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
