Job Summary
Maintenance Engineer for a hotel property responsible for preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of facilities and equipment (refrigeration, heating, plumbing, A/C, and general hotel equipment). Tasks include monitoring utility consumption, performing scheduled maintenance in guest rooms and public areas, logging findings, ensuring safety procedures are followed, and responding to emergencies. Requires strong problem-solving, communication with team and management, ability to work independently, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of maintenance systems including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems
