Job Summary
Lead and coordinate plant maintenance activities to ensure reliability, safety, and optimal performance of production and support equipment. Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, while supervising internal maintenance teams and third-party providers to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Experience coordinating and leading maintenance activities in a plant environment
- Planning and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
- Supervising internal maintenance teams and third-party service providers
- Ensuring safety compliance and quality of work in maintenance activities
- Strong organizational and leadership skills for maintenance planning and execution
- Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance and asset management is a plus
