Job Summary
Operate, maintain, and repair equipment including light bulbs, vinyl repairs, tub caulking, HVAC systems, ice machines, refrigerators, laundry equipment, and exhaust fans. Perform preventative maintenance across guest rooms, meeting rooms, the swimming pool, and hot tubs while addressing guest requests and work orders. Immediately follow up on alarms to determine location and cause, report emergency status to the Front Desk, and handle plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks. Drive safely on behalf of the company for business reasons. Access back-of-house areas, secure files, and master keys with a high level of trust and responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Must have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record) property specific
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a hotel or a related field
- Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
