Maintenance Engineer

Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, including changing light bulbs and performing preventative maintenance for guest rooms, ice machines, refrigerators, HVAC, and laundry equipment. Execute trade jobs such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and tile repairs while monitoring energy conservation and repairing small equipment upon request. Immediately follow up on alarms to determine location and cause, report emergency status to the Front Desk, and perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Maintain a high level of trust and responsibility when accessing back-of-house areas, sensitive information, and secured file cabinets, and drive safely on behalf of the company for business reasons.
