Maintenance Engineer (Production)

Job Summary
Lead and support the production maintenance team to maintain production equipment and critical systems in optimum condition, minimize downtime, and comply with GMP, EH&S, SOP, and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs; supervise technicians and contractors; drive maintenance projects from planning through handover; coordinate with Production, Quality, EHS, and suppliers; ensure critical systems meet quality standards; drive energy conservation and cost-saving projects; manage spare parts (Kanban) and support regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience in production machine maintenance and related jobs (Electrical and Mechanical related aspects)
- Min 3 years in managing people
- Experience with cGMPs and other regulatory guidelines applicable to the medical/pharmaceutical industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret scientific and statistical data
- Ability to prepare technical reports
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Experience supervising technicians and contractors
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
