Job Summary
Full-time evenings Maintenance Engineer at Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale. Responsible for preventive and/or unscheduled maintenance within the hotel’s engineering department. The role requires proactively solving daily challenges, responding to guest service requests, and performing PM and repair work on building systems and equipment. The engineer will learn and use computer-based systems (CMMS, energy management systems) and related applications (e.g., Windows, Word, Excel). Key duties include maintaining HVACR, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems, and ensuring work is completed timely and safely. The position emphasizes a proactive attitude, ability to follow instructions, and effective communication in English, with opportunities for growth and development within Pyramid Global Hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess adequate written, verbal and spoken English
- Must possess ability to follow instructions
- Previous resort maintenance experience preferred
- Proven mechanical aptitude in HVACR, electrical, plumbing, building construction and/or repair (preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows-based computer systems or ability to learn relevant CMMS/engineering software
