Job Summary
Maintenance Engineer responsible for providing technical and maintenance services throughout the hotel to keep equipment and systems in excellent condition; perform routine preventive maintenance and complete work orders (e.g., replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching vinyl); service electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and kitchen equipment; maintain pool and external areas; refurbish furniture and fixtures in guest rooms; respond courteously to guest questions and requests; operate heavy machinery; diagnose mechanical problems and consult blueprints/repair manuals; install/repair wiring and piping; ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with hotel standards; maintain clean, safe work areas and coordinate with other departments.
