Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer responsible for delivering technical and maintenance services across the hotel to keep equipment and systems in excellent condition. Performs preventive maintenance, repairs hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool systems, and small appliances, and completes work orders. Maintains guest room furnishings, communicates with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction, participates in regular training/meetings, and adheres to safety and hotel standards. On-site heavy machinery operation and use of hand/power tools to diagnose and repair mechanical problems, install/repair wiring and piping, and refurbish furniture and fixtures as needed. Provides courteous guest service, maintains clean work areas, and supports overall hotel operations and maintenance needs.
