Job Summary
Develop and manage maintenance strategies for utilities including civil, steam, water, and electrical installations in compliance with ISO 55000 asset management principles. Execute FMEA/FMECA studies, root cause analyses, and reliability studies to optimize asset performance and availability. Manage preventive maintenance programs, spare parts strategies, and EAM systems such as SAP PM while ensuring GMP/GxP compliance. Lead improvement initiatives, support CAPEX projects, and train technical staff on best practices and standardization.
Required Qualifications
- HBO Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek, Maintenance Engineering or comparable technical education
- Minimum 5 years experience within Maintenance Engineering
- Experience with SAP PM or comparable Enterprise Asset Management systems
- Experience with maintenance optimization programs
- Experience with reliability engineering and asset lifecycle management
- Experience within a regulated environment (GMP/GxP) is a pré (preferred but treated as required per 'Who you are' section context of mandatory experience types)
- Experience with CAPEX projects and spare parts management
- Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
- Knowledge of FMEA/FMECA
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Knowledge of Asset Management and ISO 55000
- Experience with maintenance contracts and supplier management
- Knowledge of GMP/GxP and EHS guidelines
- Strong analytical ability
