Maintenance Engineer

Conduct upkeep and repair duties by identifying repair needs, servicing company equipment, and responding to guest maintenance requests. Perform basic tasks including painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and minor pool & spa repairs. Troubleshoot machinery or appliances while walking the property to note items requiring attention. Keep storage areas neat, manage inventory control, and address guest room calls promptly. Requires high school diploma, two years of similar experience, physical stamina, and strong problem-solving skills.
