Job Summary
Maintenance Engineer responsible for the upkeep and repair of warehouse installations (mini load, conveyors, erectors, winding machines, inline printers, etc.), performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems. You will oversee and direct technicians and machine operators on your shift, work from plans/diagrams, participate in improving PLC controls for process optimization, assist with installation/start-up of new equipment (electrical switch boxes, PLC controls, electromechanical drives), maintain parts inventory and advise on orders, document schedules, and report to the Maintenance Manager while coordinating with production supervisors and other technicians. The role requires safety and environmental awareness, English communication, and ability to work in shifts within a VF Corporation environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electromechanics or automation
- At least 7 years of experience in a maintenance department of an automated company
- Good knowledge of electromechanics and frequency controls
- Knowledge of PCS7, Tia Portal, Siemens S7, S7 graph
- Good communication and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluent in English
- Strong PC skills (Mail, Office)
- Ability to work safely and at heights (max 25 meters)
- Willingness to work shifts (Mon-Do: 6h-14h / 14h-22h; Fri: 6h-13h / 13h-20h)
