Job Summary
Maintenance Engineer responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining production equipment across multiple molding and packaging lines; diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and testing equipment; conduct tests throughout all stages to determine control over variables and troubleshoot production problems; process optimization and maintenance of existing programs; assist with safety procedures (JSA) and develop procedures to ensure workplace safety; provide technical support to technicians and management; develop and provide training to managers, supervisors and operators on new processes and maintain documentation; maintain knowledge of emerging hardware and software technologies; create and report repairs; contribute to plant safety initiatives and safety culture; requires owning toolbox and basic tools; strong communication across departments and willingness to lead technical training.
