Job Summary
Draft maintenance documentation for Railpool locomotives operating in Italy per European Regulation 2019/779, while tracking hardware and software fleet configurations. Provide technical support to ECM functions and monitor fleet reliability and availability to support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with the international ECM II community and the Italy manager to implement maintenance strategies. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering with 3+ years of technical experience, fluency in Italian, and B2 English. Salary ranges from €35,000 to €38,000 gross annually plus bonus. Remote work up to 10 days per month available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in mechanical, electrical or management engineering disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in technical roles (e.g. design, RAMs, project management)
- Knowledge and experience in the railway business
- Fluency in Italian
- At least a B2 certification in English
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
