Maintenance Engineer (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Conduct full responsibility for the service and maintenance of intralogistics systems, detecting and resolving electrical and mechanical malfunctions independently. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure maximum system availability and analyze issues to implement structural improvements that prevent recurrence. Collaborate directly with operational supervisors and machine suppliers to solve complex problems, while coaching junior colleagues to elevate team performance. Ensure tens of thousands of orders reach families on time during your shift. Work within a soon-to-open Fulfilment Center in Berlin/Brandenburg using systems from top brands like Apollo and Regal Rexnord, contributing to a greener future through our 100% electric fleet and business model designed to reduce food waste.
Required Qualifications
- A Ausbildung and/or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, mechatronics, automation, etc.)
- 7+ years of experience in a technical or maintenance role
- Hands-on knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including measurement and camera systems
- Experience with software tools such as CMMS and/or ICS/SCADA tools
- Fluency in English and/or German
