Job Summary
Repair and maintain facility building and equipment, including mechanical, electrical, painting, carpentry, and plumbing. Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property and respond to elevator breakdowns while resolving engineering service requests in a courteous, efficient manner. Maintain accurate maintenance records, ensure tools are secured, and handle emergencies to protect guests and systems. Work most weekends and holidays, standing for up to eight hours with occasional lifting. Follow all safety procedures and lost-and-found protocols. Assist in handling emergencies to preserve the building and its systems.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work most weekends and holidays
- Report to work on time and in proper uniform
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours
- Occasional lifting, pushing and pulling
- Previous experience and knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and building maintenance
- Drug Free Workplace
