Source quotes for project needs, lead troubleshooting involving stakeholders, and identify areas for improvement to develop change plans. Analyze options for cost-effective solutions to optimize equipment uptime, assist with capital expenditures and business cases, and create documentation for maintenance processes. Mentor subordinates on delegated tasks, assist technicians with daily troubleshooting, and participate in continuous improvement projects through structured problem solving. Drive projects with data and financial models while adhering to ISO procedures and company safety policies.
