Job Summary
Maintenance Engineer role focused on maintenance and repair of machines related to the fuel cell business, ensuring efficient operation of equipment, addressing technical issues, and driving intelligent/predictive maintenance using PLC software, data analytics, and digital tools. Responsible for KPI-based maintenance, fault diagnosis and resolution, PM item updates, spare parts planning, cross-functional collaboration, TPM participation, and supporting implementation of new investment machines and digital maintenance initiatives. Requires strong PLC troubleshooting, data-driven analysis, and interest in IoT/data analytics with English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- Total working experience > 5 year
- Maintenance related working experience >3 years
- Strong fault analysis and resolution skills
- Solid foundation and hands-on experience in PLC software for troubleshooting and logic optimization
- Fluent English both in speaking and writing
- Interest and foundational knowledge in IoT, data acquisition, and digital/intelligent maintenance systems
- Willingness to apply AI/machine learning in industrial maintenance scenarios
