Job Summary
Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance on PTAC/HVAC equipment, furniture, appliances, light fixtures, and plumbing. Execute routine safety inspections, report issues, and respond to all guest requests with urgency. Troubleshoot technical devices including key card systems, internet equipment, and television units. Manage interior and exterior painting, landscaping, and parking lot repairs while collaborating across all departments. This role requires continuous movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, and availability for weekends and holidays at Residence Inn Downtown Seattle Lake Union.
