Job Summary
Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance on PTAC/HVAC equipment, furniture, appliances, and plumbing. Execute routine safety inspections, report issues, and respond to all guest requests with urgency. Troubleshoot technical devices including key card systems and internet equipment. Handle interior and exterior painting, landscaping, and parking lot repairs. This role requires continuous movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, and availability for weekends and holidays. Pay is $19.00-$20.00/hr based on experience.

Desired Qualifications
