Job Summary
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the establishment and hotel equipment by installing new equipment, conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and providing technical support and training. Essential duties include promoting a positive work environment, patrolling the hotel for safety risks, addressing guest complaints, inspecting and servicing equipment, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and codes. Candidates must possess a high school diploma, customer service experience, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (hospitality industry preferred)
- Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English
