Job Summary
Maintenance Engineer II responsible for responding to guest repair requests, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting hotel systems (MEP) with supervision, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks; duties include operating and maintaining equipment, using Lockout/Tagout procedures, training/mentoring other engineers, and supporting Engineer on Duty rounds while delivering safe, high-quality service to guests.
Required Qualifications
- Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and vocational or technical background
- At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must meet applicable state and federal certification and/or licensing requirements
