Job Summary
Conduct maintenance, repair, and installation of the hotel's mechanical and electrical systems while managing preventive maintenance schedules. Perform HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work, including light carpentry, paint, and wallpaper tasks. Troubleshoot issues and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety across all properties. Maintain a valid driver's license and read, write, and understand English. Required Qualifications
- Experience of 2-5 years in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance environment
- HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills
- Light carpentry
- Knowledge of paint and wallpaper
- Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
- Preventive maintenance background
- Read, write and understand English
- Pre-employment drug test
- Background check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of 2-5 years preferred in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance environment
- Certification in pool operation preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred
