Job Summary
Troubleshoot and perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and hospital-specific equipment while responding to work requests and critical issues promptly. Conduct regular inspections of building infrastructure, maintain accurate logs and work orders for management reporting, and assist with budget management and supply ordering. Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations such as OSHA, NFPA, and Joint Commission standards. Requires a valid driver's license, relevant licenses (e.g., steam boiler, electrician, plumber), and 2-4 years of facilities maintenance experience, with a preference for healthcare settings.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, engineering, or related roles
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State
- Licensed Steam Boiler and Refrigeration within the first six (6) months of employment if applicable by state
- Licensed Maintenance Electrician
- Certified HVAC Technician
- PLUMBER - Licensed Plumber
Desired Qualifications
- Associate Degree or formal training in facility maintenance, mechanical systems, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, engineering, or related roles in a hospital or healthcare setting
