Maintenance Engineer II

Maintenance Engineer II responsible for maintaining and repairing building equipment, systems, and components across hotel facilities, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, locks, furniture, and finishes. Performs general building maintenance, installs and repairs lighting and electrical wiring, inspects machinery, troubleshoots issues through multi-trade expertise, maintains and documents preventive maintenance in logs, responds to guest and departmental maintenance requests, communicates with supervisors and management, participates in safety training, and assists in emergencies (fires, power outages). Requires high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Must be able to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics, and be proficient with hand and power tools. Exercises strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, and maintains a neat, groomed appearance per EEO guidelines.
