Job Summary
Conduct general maintenance in common areas, hotel rooms, condominiums, and commercial spaces, including carpentry, painting, and completing work orders timely. Utilize computer skills for the work order system and communications while working independently to solve problems and take initiative. Interact productively with management, residents, guests, and vendors to deliver exceptional customer service. Requires reliable transportation and preferably living within 30 minutes of the property. Includes on-call coverage with 40 hours per week.
