Job Summary
Maintenance Engineer (Hotel) at Mr. C Miami Coconut Grove in South Florida. Responsibilities include performing maintenance and repairs for interior/exterior building areas, hotel rooms and contents, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, HVAC, ventilation, and water treatment systems; ensure equipment is prepared and operational for the next day; adhere to safety/state/local regulations and brand standards; report unsafe conditions; may train hotel staff in safe equipment use; follow procedures for inventory security and replenishment; respond to guest questions/requests to ensure guest satisfaction; may perform other minor maintenance and preventative duties; promote teamwork and quality service through coordination with other departments; may require nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
