Job Summary
Assist with operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, including changing light bulbs, performing vinyl repairs, and addressing minor furniture, tub caulking, and tile issues. Conduct preventative maintenance on ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, laundry units, HVAC systems, and pool facilities. Execute plumbing repairs, laundry equipment fixes, exhaust fan monitoring, and energy conservation checks while repairing vacuum cleaners and other small equipment. Immediately follow up on alarms to determine location, cause, and emergency status, then report findings to the Front Desk. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Must have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record) property specific
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a hotel or a related field
- Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
