Job Summary
Perform assigned repairs, building upkeep, emergency, and preventive maintenance on medical office buildings in Dallas. Complete maintenance and repair records, work orders, and use a work order system via personal computer and smartphone. Read blueprints, lift 50 pounds, and climb ladders while managing Building Automation Systems, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and life safety equipment. Requires five years of facilities maintenance experience and ability to travel within the Dallas metropolitan area for on-call rotations approximately every five weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Five (5) years' experience in facilities maintenance
- Thorough understanding of Building Automation Systems
- Electrical systems knowledge
- Controls knowledge
- Condensing boilers knowledge
- Package rooftop HVAC knowledge
- Variable air volume systems knowledge
- Chemical treatment knowledge
- Emergency generation equipment knowledge
- Plumbing knowledge
- Transfer switches knowledge
- Life safety systems knowledge
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders
- On-call availability approximately every five weeks
- Ability to travel to buildings within Dallas metropolitan area
