Job Summary
Maintenance Engineer responsible for installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of plant systems including facility, HVAC, electrical, air and piping, and production/packaging equipment across company locations. Lead diagnosing malfunctions, replacing defective parts, performing repairs, and developing/tracking preventative maintenance tasks. Includes safety training, requisition of supplies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of related experience at maintenance position in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience within medical device or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
