Maintenance Engineer

Maintain the proper working order of the hotel, property, and grounds by refurbishing furniture and fixtures, painting, and finishing items within guest rooms. Keep the front entrance area, parking lot, and street entrances presentable and free from debris. Approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner while complying with company, hotel, and brand standards for safe and efficient operations. Follow pre-established procedures to ensure the security of inventory and par levels for tools, supplies, equipment, and furniture. Report all lost and found items and unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment to the General Manager. Full-time associates with 1-2 years of related experience who can stand and walk for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs are required.
