Job Summary
Maintenance Engineer at MGM Resorts Excalibur in Las Vegas, NV responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment including boilers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, generators and other machinery powered by steam, electricity, gas, air, diesel, or water; inspect, maintain, and repair ride systems and related equipment; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic problems on ride systems; complete work orders and conduct daily route inspections; must be 21+, with HS diploma or GED; pool operator certification preferred; ability to read blueprints and schematics; willingness to work varied shifts including weekends/holidays. Starting rate $41.84 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of diagnostic tools (Amp Meters, Voltmeters, OHM Meters, Pressure Gauges)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance guidelines
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
- Certified Pool Operator Certification preferred
