Maintenance Engineer Furnace responsible for planned and unplanned maintenance of production equipment, independent fault finding and troubleshooting on electrical, electronic and mechanical systems, qualification of metrology equipment, producing and updating maintenance checklists, ensuring high machine uptime using SPC methods, documenting work in maintenance applications, and contributing to continuous improvement and equipment commissioning in a full-continuous 6:4 shift (6 days on, 4 days off).
