Required Qualifications

• •1 year classroom training or 1 year experience in building maintenance
• •Current Class "Special" Boilers License or ability to obtain within 6 months (excludes Park Rapids and North Dakota locations)
• •Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health's insurer (excludes 32nd Avenue – Fargo)
• •Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• •Must be available for weekend shifts
• •Must be available for holidays
