Job Summary
Adhere to work order policies and procedures while performing routine maintenance and repairs on laundry, kitchen, guestroom, and public space equipment. Troubleshoot problems with refrigeration, plumbing, electrical fixtures, irrigation systems, and water heaters to manufacturer specifications. Monitor life safety systems, maintain chemical levels in automatic mechanical systems, and keep work areas clean and organized. Communicate parts and materials needs to the supervisor, report unsafe conditions immediately, and complete cross-training duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
