Job Summary
Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance on PTAC/HVAC equipment, furniture, appliances, light fixtures, and plumbing. Execute routine safety inspections, report issues, and respond to all guest requests with urgency. Troubleshoot technical devices including key card systems, internet equipment, and television units. Handle interior and exterior painting, landscaping, and parking lot repairs while collaborating with all departments. This role requires continuous movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for entire shifts. Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.
