You should have a professional background in maintenance with at least 5 years of experience, possess a HBO Elektrotechniek or similar degree, and be familiar with CMMS and Lean methodologies. This role emphasizes collaboration with Reliability Engineers and Maintenance Execution Engineers to enhance maintenance strategies.
Required Qualifications
- HBO Elektrotechniek or comparable education
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of complex electrical installations
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- Proactive and hands-on mindset
- Detail-oriented with a curiosity for innovative solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CMMS
- Familiarity with KPI reporting
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies
