Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance on hotel equipment including HVAC, plumbing, and kitchen appliances while performing routine repairs and replacing parts. Manage building exterior upkeep such as snow removal, lawn care, and painting, and service the pool by adjusting chemicals and cleaning filters. Assist with major repairs to small appliances and furniture fixtures, ensuring product quality standards are maintained. Respond courteously to guest questions and complaints regarding maintenance requests. Work in extreme temperatures while operating heavy machinery and lifting up to 50 lbs.
