Maintenance Engineer

Design and implement preventive maintenance programs for critical building systems including HVAC, Medical Gas, and fire detection. Conduct root cause analyses, perform repairs, and respond to work call center requests while documenting all tasks in the electronic work order system. Inspect facilities for unsafe conditions, locate and purchase repair parts within budget, and coordinate contractor work. Complete special projects such as equipment installation and relocation. Requires driver's license, technical training in HVAC or refrigeration, and strong project management skills. Located at CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center - Bergan Mercy, a Level I trauma center focused on patient-centered care.
