Job Summary
The Maintenance Engineer role involves ensuring the safety, functionality, and overall appearance of the Flower Hill Promenade. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting systems, and executing repairs across multiple trades.
Required Qualifications
- 2- 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, techniques, and tools
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Basic knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment or materials
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and to move heavy materials or equipment as required
