Job Summary
Develop and secure Professional Maintenance processes aligned with World Class Manufacturing standards to foster continuous improvement focused on loss reduction and waste elimination. Lead sectional operations by validating drawings, performing root cause analysis, and driving condition-based maintenance development to extend machine life and increase reliability. Coordinate cross-functional interfaces for methods, tools, and data while executing engineering projects across mechanical, electrical, and industrial domains. Support three-shift operations with occasional beyond-first-shift coverage. Maintain collaborative relationships to drive implementation of necessary changes and improve equipment needs throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Controls, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- 5+ years technical experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven exposure to and execution of engineering projects (mechanical, electrical, industrial)
- Time management, prioritization skills, and excellent communication skills
- OR - Eight years minimum combined post-high school education and experience within a manufacturing environment
- Support beyond first shift is necessary on occasion
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
