Job Summary

Carry out all planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment, raising corrective and reactive dockets on Maximo. Review and suggest improvements to planned and preventative maintenance procedures, store systems, and site-wide activities while advancing issues in a timely manner. Identify areas for improvement across the site and deliver activities meeting GMP standards. Support new installations and engineering projects, utilizing competency in electrical fault finding, PLCs, and robotics. Work rotating shifts Monday through Sunday with eligibility for overtime at premium rates.

Required Qualifications

  • HNC or equivalent in electrical and/or mechanical engineering
  • High degree of competency in electrical fault finding, schematics wiring and circuitry
  • Electrical knowledge, PLC (Ideally Allen Bradley experience & High Level fault finding experience
  • Experience with control panels, automation and robotics
  • Good level knowledge of electrical Safety, CCT and controllers
  • Good level Mechanical knowledge and overall engineering understanding in a highly regulated manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts Monday – Sunday, 06:00-18:00/18:00-06:00
