Job Summary
Assist with operation, maintenance and repair of equipment across hotel facilities including guest rooms, kitchens, laundry, HVAC, pool and other areas; perform preventative maintenance, light bulb replacement, minor furniture repair, caulking, tile work, and energy-conservation tasks; respond to alarms and report findings to Front Desk; perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Licensed in a trade (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Must have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record)
