Job Summary
Maintenance Engineer responsible for floor-side troubleshooting of HPDC die-casting and multi-axis CNC/machining systems, plus office-side strategic planning, data analysis, and project management. Acts as the technical bridge between maintenance technicians and engineering management; provides mentorship and emergency response during equipment breakdowns; leads RCA and develops PM/PdM strategies (e.g., vibration, oil, thermal monitoring); manages equipment upgrades, installations, and vendor relationships; requires 5+ years in heavy industrial manufacturing and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field; hands-on proficiency with die cast & machining hydraulics, robotics integration, and CMMS; cross-functional development pathway emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field
- 5+ years of maintenance engineering experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
- Experience with Die Casting and/or high-precision Machining preferred
- Experience with CMMS
- Robotics experience in industrial settings
- Strong analytical and project management skills
