Job Summary
Maintain hotel facilities by performing general and preventative maintenance on equipment, facilities, and systems; regularly inspect guest rooms, public areas, and pools; diagnose problems and respond to engineering service calls and guest requests; promptly handle emergencies such as power outages, plumbing leaks, and equipment failures; implement energy-saving and eco-friendly practices to reduce utility costs; manage maintenance activities for refrigeration, heating, plumbing, water treatment, and related systems across hotel rooms, air/heating units, ice machines, pools, lighting, kitchen equipment, generators, water softeners, and roof exhausts; requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–4 years of experience in building/facility/hotel maintenance, valid driver’s license, and basic computer literacy; strong communication and organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
