Job Summary
Assist with running guest requests for service to rooms and handle preventative maintenance for guest rooms, including vinyl repair, touch-up paint, minor furniture repair, tub caulking, and tile repairs. Perform preventative maintenance for HVAC systems in guest rooms and meeting rooms, repair vacuum cleaners and small equipment upon request, and help with grounds upkeep. Immediately follow up on alarms to determine location and cause, assess emergency status, and report findings to the Front Desk. Change out light bulbs and perform trade jobs such as painting and plumbing as assigned. Maintain legible, orderly records and ensure mechanical areas remain safe, orderly, and clean. Flexible availability is required.

- Keep the mechanical areas safe, orderly, and clean
- Maintain legible, orderly records
- Immediately follow up on any alarms to determine the exact location and cause
- Determine emergency status and report to the Front Desk with findings
