Maintenance Engineer 1

Maintain and optimize the facility CMMS, manage asset data architecture, PM strategy and scheduling, and maintenance analytics. Lead data-driven preventive maintenance program, establish data integrity standards, build dashboards and reports for leadership, coordinate with maintenance, production, and engineering, manage parts inventory and vendor relationships, develop SOPs, train staff on CMMS, perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions, and support process implementations and launches in a manufacturing environment. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years industrial maintenance experience, strong electrical knowledge, CMMS proficiency, knowledge of mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, PLCs/VSDs familiarity, forklift certification preferred, and strong analytical and communication skills. Work environment includes manufacturing and office settings with collaboration across teams and adherence to safety and drug-screen policies.
